Terms of Service

By booking a service, uploading documents, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We provide notary, apostille facilitation, ink and Livescan fingerprinting, wedding officiant, and I-9 verification services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Government processing times are outside our control.

You are responsible for the accuracy of documents, spelling, and destination country requirements. Rejected documents due to client error are not eligible for refunds of government fees or shipping.

Payment is due at booking unless otherwise agreed. Rush and after-hours service carry additional fees disclosed before confirmation.

Cancellations more than 24 hours before appointment: full refund of service fees. Within 24 hours or no-shows: 50% cancellation fee. Government and shipping fees paid to third parties are non-refundable once submitted.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for delays caused by government agencies, courier services, or force majeure.

We handle your documents in confidence and destroy digital copies within 30 days of completion unless you request otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes will be resolved in Philadelphia County courts.
